I don't come from relationship-first sales. I come from systems. Every stat below is a discipline I built on purpose, not a gift I was born with.
Four stops, one throughline: build the BD function from zero, then scale it past the point where it depends on any one person, including me.
Started BD departments where none existed. Learned outbound the hard way, by finding the actual buying moment inside a studio's production cycle instead of guessing at a pitch.
Ran BD at two global outsourcing studios, closing external development, art and co-dev contracts across AAA and indie clients alike.
Relocated stateside to run large-scale roadshows across the US. This is where the closed network expanded to include Sony, Microsoft, Netflix, 2K, NetEase and EA.
Now based in Portugal, co-founding RFP Gaming, a B2B procurement platform giving studios and publishers a direct read on vendor capacity without the usual conference-and-cold-email grind. Currently in MVP stage, not yet public. Alongside it, I take on BD and outsourcing strategy work directly.
